RAVIOLI WITH WHITE TRUFFLE PASTE
Servings: 3 Cooking time: 10 minutes
ingredients:
- 400 g of Fresh Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli 
- 80g of White truffle Paste 
- 2 tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil 
- garlic 
- fresh basil leaves 
- salt and pepper 
Bring some salty water to boil. In the meantime fry some garlic in a pan with the olive oil. Pour the White truffle paste in the pan, stirring for about 30 second. Cook the fresh ravioli in the water for about 2 minutes (see the cooking time on the packet). Drain the pasta and dress with the White truffle sauce. Season with salt and pepper and some fresh basil leaves. Enjoy!
