RETURNS POLICY

We accept return of unopened items. Damage during transport or faulty goods will be refunded. This includes the cost of the item and return postage. Only in these circumstances.

FRESH TRUFFLES:

We accept return of perishable goods in case of faulty* damaged items only. However, Abruzzo Truffles must be contacted within 24 hours. Claims will not be accepted after this time.

*Faulty goods include in the unlucky event of perished or mouldy truffles.

OTHER PRODUCTS:

We offer a standard 14 days return, return postage must paid by the purchaser. Please contacts us via our email: shop@abruzzotruffles.com.
