By ordering Fresh Truffles you need to be aware of the following:

We recommend Royal Mail 24 hours track on Fresh Truffles orders. Fresh Truffles need to be consumed within 3 days from the delivery.
Fresh truffles are perishable good. The weight of the truffle can decrease during transport and handling.
We will try to match the quantity you order with one o multiple pieces, however they are a natural product.
We also suggest to remove all the packaging and place the truffles in a small container in the fridge upon delivery. Please make sure someone is at the address to receive the parcel. We are not responsible in case it will be left outside.
Prices of Fresh Truffles fluctuate on daily basis. We reserve the rights of changing them on the website at any time.
We don`t except claims or refund in case of a miss delivery. We will update you with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of the delivery.
Next day dispatch for orders placed before 1.30 pm Tuesday to Saturday. No availability of Fresh Truffles Sunday and Mondays
