CREAMY ITALIAN PORCINI SAUCE 80g
Creamy sauce, made with the best selection of Porcini Mushrooms.
Recipe:
TAGLIATELLE WITH WHITE RAGU` AND CREAMY ITALIAN PORCINI SAUCE.
Servings: 3 Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
500g of Fresh Tagliatelle
80g of Creamy Porcini Italian Sauce
250g of minced Beef
80 ml of white wine
200ml of double cream
3 tbsp of extravirgin olive oil
garlic
Fresh chopped Parsley
salt and pepper
Bring some salty water to boil. In the meantime fry some garlic with the olive oil. Add the minced beef and break it with a wooden spoon. Cook for 10 minutes. Add the white wine and simmer until it evaporates. Cook the tagliatelle as indicated on the package. Pour the Creamy Porcini sauce and the double cream in the pan. Leave it to simmer for 5 minutes. Season with some salt and pepper. Drain the pasta and coat it with the sauce. Serve on the plates with a sprinkle of fresh Parsley.
