BLACK TRUFFLE BRUSCHETTA

Servings: 2 Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 4 Slices of Pugliese bread or Ciabatta

  • 3 tbsp of Black truffle Paste

  • 2 tsp of Extra virgin olive oil

  • Garlic

  • salt

Toast the bread. In the meanwhile, place the garlic and olive oil in a pan. Cook until golden. Pour the black truffle paste and cook for 30 second, stirring the sauce. Remove the garlic and spread the sauce on the toasted bread. enjoy!
