SERVING SUGGESTIONS:
Cook the rice for about 15 minutes, adding 1 litre of hot stock, 1/2 tsp of salt and 2 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil. Grate some Parmesan cheese before serving.
You could add some fresh Mushrooms to give extra flavour.
